Eats and Exercise
This week’s eats and exercise is here, I have strayed from the Lean in 15 books as of late and feel completely lost without them so, I’m using them this week. I thought I would share what I’m having for breakfast and lunch also this week. I’m trying to drink a litre of water a day, this doesn’t sound a lot but for me it is as I’m so rubbish at drinking water.
Exercise wise, I bought a new kettlebell and have been loving it. I feel super achy the day after a workout and really enjoy working different areas with heavier weights.
MEAL PLAN
MONDAY
Breakfast: Weetabix
Lunch: Poached Eggs on Multi Seeded Bread
Dinner: In-a-Hurry Curry Fried Rice (Lean in 15 Red Book)
TUESDAY
Breakfast: Ready Brek
Lunch: Poached Eggs on Multi Seeded Bread
Dinner: Tomatoes, Eggs & Chorizo (Lean in 15 Red Book)
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: High Protein Yogurt & Granny Smith Apple
Lunch: Soup, Ryvita & Soft Cheese
Dinner: Chilli Con Avocado (Lean in 15 Red Book)
THURSDAY
Breakfast: Weetabix
Lunch: Tuna Salad
Dinner: Chicken, Paprika & Almonds (Lean in 15 Red Book)
FRIDAY
Breakfast: High Protein Yogurt & Granny Smith Apple
Lunch: Egg Scramble
Dinner: Slow Cooked Sweet Potato, Tuna & Salad
EXERCISE
Monday: Kayla Itsines Legs & Cardio
Tuesday: Jillian Michaels Kettlebell Workout
Wednesday: REST DAY
Thursday: Kayla Itsines Abs & Arms
Friday: Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickbox
Saturday: Kayla Itsines Full Body Workout
If anyone can recommend any other good kettlebell workouts please let me know.
