Meal Plan #1

I absolutely love meal planning, and feel completely lost without one. Since February I have been planning our meals from the Lean in 15 book. I have had weeks where I go off plan and cook comfort food – sausage & sweet potato mash, curry, roast etc. However, I cannot stray from this book for long, the recipes are super simple, quick and so tasty!


I thought I would share our meals for this week as I love reading other people’s meal plans – I’m nosey like that.

Monday            Piri Piri Garlic Chicken & Rice

Tuesday            Cheesy Chicken Chorizo & Veg

Wednesday      Chilli & Veg

Thursday          In-a-Hurry Curry

Friday               Turkey Burgers (no bun) & Salad
