Meal Plan #2

So here is my meal plan for this week. It is a little different from normal as I’m going slightly off plan as it is half term and I want quick and easy meals that don’t take much effort. Also this week we are going on our holibobs on Friday which throws everything up in the air.


Monday: If its – “if it’s there you can have it” as my mum used to say to me, we need to do a food shop so tonight’s dinner is anything and everything

Tuesday: Chicken Stir Fry

Wednesday: Pork chops, sweet potato mash & veg

Thursday: Homemade spag bol

I would like to say that this week will be healthy but some weeks you just need to relax and go with whatever takes your fancy.
