Meal Plan #4


I am super excited about planning our meals this week, I have been waiting months to get my paws on this new book from The Body Coach. I love the simple yet yummy recipes of the first book and upon flicking through this new one, they look even yummier.

So here are our meals for this week.

Monday – Chicken Breast with Herby Cream Sauce

Tuesday – Chilli Gnocchi with Chicken

Wednesday – Sweet Potato with Chipotle Butter Chicken

Thursday – Prawn and Chilli Tagliatelle

Friday – Loaded Potato Skins

I may do a review of the first book and share my thoughts, I will also update you on how these recipes turned out by posting pictures on Instagram and Facebook.
