Meal Plan & Work Outs

For my meal plan this week I want to mix it up a bit and try to have a week of reduced carbs, especially when it comes to dinner time. I’m continuing to calorie count using My Fitness Pal which is working really well and I’ve lost another 3lbs whilst still having treat days/weekends. I get a lot of meal inspiration from Instagram and Pintrest, although I’m not a fan of sea food apart from the odd prawn and tin of tuna, that’s about as adventurous as I get.


Monday – Homemade Turkey Burgers & Rainbow Salad

Tuesday – Spicy Prawn Salad

Wednesday – Chicken & Avocado Salad

Thursday – Healthy Grill Up: Heck Sausages, Turkey Bacon, Spinach, Peppers & Poached Eggs

Friday – Homemade Chicken Kebabs & Rainbow Salad

Saturday – Spicy Tuna Salad

Sunday – Homemade Roast Dinner


Monday – Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

Wednesday – Kayla Itsines Legs & Cardio

Friday – Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

The days in between I’m hoping to get out and about lots with the children, weather permitting.
