Meal Plan & Workouts


I’m back with another meal plan and workout schedule, I’ve been so good for the last 2 weeks keeping up with working out and eating that little bit healthier. I’m off on my hols in just 2 months – sounds a long time but it will fly by – so need to start prepping for that. I’m enjoying a treat free week and then eating (within reason) what I want at the weekend, for me this is working and I’m already noticing a difference. I am missing red wine though but whenever I drink it even if I have just 2 glasses I get an awful hangover the next day which leads to binge eating junk food.

This week I’ve chosen comfort budget meals as I’m a bit fed up of grilled chicken/turkey burgers and salad.



Monday: Slow Cooker Beef Stew with Dumplings

Tuesday: Left Over Stew and Veg

Wednesday: Sweet Potato Cottage Pie (Lean in 15 recipe)

Thursday: Left Over Sweet Potato Cottage Pie

Friday: Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes with Tuna and Salad

Saturday: Chicken Stir Fry with Garlic Bread

Sunday: Spaghetti Bolognese



Monday: Kayla Itsines Legs & Cardio

Tuesday: Jillian Michaels Kettlebell Workout

Wednesday: Rest Day

Thursday: Kayla Itsines Abs & Arms

Friday: Kayla Itsines Full Body Workout

Saturday: Rest Day

Sunday: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 3


I hope you all have a good week, would be nice to get some sunshine here in Devon unfortunately it is set to rain for the entire week!
