I realise the week is nearly over but I thought I would share our meal plan anyway. I am still using Joe Wicks, The Body Coach Lean in 15, The Shape Plan book.
Freezer Meal – We had Basa Fillet, Sweet Potato Fries and Salad
Hot & Spicy Chicken fillets, Coconut Rice and Salad
Gnocchi Chilli Chicken (page.111)
Sweet & Sour Pork (I’m using chicken) (page.122)
Popeyes Chicken (page.74) – I’ve never tried this before so am excited to see how it turns out.
Ham & Eggs (page.35) from the Lean in 15 book – again, another new recipe for me
Sweet Potato & Butter Chicken (page.137) – a current fave
