With Spring being just around the corner, my thoughts at this time of year always turn towards Spring fashion and putting outfits together. I especially love seeking outfits for the children and am lucky enough to have a girl and boy to dress, having said that I do find it easier to shop for Amelie as there are so many pretty tops and dresses. With this in mind, I have put together a Girls Spring ’18 Lookbook to give ideas and inspiration.
The shorts/tights combo is really cute and great for transitioning into the warmer (fingers crossed) weather. I love the bright pop of colour on the t-shirt with the little pom poms.
Top: M&CO / Shorts: Tesco / Tights: Tesco / Shoes: Clarks
Being a girly girl Amelie loves wearing a tutu and sparkly shoes. This pretty outfit would look great for a party or dressed down with frilly socks and Converse.
Top: Next / Tutu: H&M / Tights: Asda / Shoes: Asda
Possibly one of my favourite looks, mustard isn’t just for Autumn. It looks great during Spring time and this dress is just gorgeous, I think the polka dot detail adds to the outfit. During the summer I would pair this with a short sleeved white top and sandals.
Dress: Next / Top: H&M / Tights: Tesco / Chelsea Boots: Mothercare
Double denim always looks cute on kids, I think a denim jacket is a staple for any Spring wardrobe as it goes with everything and is great for popping on when it gets chilly.
Jacket: Next / Top: Next / Skirt: Next / Socks: Asda / Shoes: Clarks / Umbrella: The Range
I adore stripes, especially navy/white stripes. I think they are a classic look that suit everyone and look fab during spring/summer.
Dress: Tesco / Tights: Next / Bag: Models own / Shoes: Clarks
Back to the shorts/tights combination and a pretty blouse.
Blouse: Next / Shorts: H&M / Tights: Asda / Backpack: Cath Kidston / Bracelet: Models own
I hope you enjoyed browsing this Lookbook, I could have gone on for days posting pictures of Amelie’s outfit as she has so many pretty clothes. Now all we need is for the sunshine to appear and the blossom to bloom.
