Weekly Meal Plan

I’m so ready for normality to resume and what better way to kick-start October than with a meal plan. I can’t cope without one, I’ve planned my meals consistently for years now and feel so off track without something to go by.

THIS WEEK’S EATS

MONDAY – Juice Detox

TUESDAY – Juice Detox

 

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: Skyr Yoghurt

Lunch: Half an Avocado/Cherry Tomatoes/Chilli Flakes on Sourdough Bread

Dinner: Basa Fillet & Salad

 

THURSDAY

Breakfast: Skyr Yoghurt

Lunch: Half an Avocado/Cherry Tomatoes/Chilli Flakes on Sourdough Bread

Dinner: The Body Coach Lean in 15 Cheesy Chorizo Chicken

 

FRIDAY – Juice Detox

 

I won’t be working out at all this week as it is not advised to carry out a heavy workout whilst on a juice detox. If I find the detox useful I will of course share my experience, I haven’t gone out and bought a ridiculous package (they are so expensive) I have sourced the juices myself. I’m not detoxing to lose weight I am simply giving my digestive system a reset and packing the vitamins in at the same time.
