Meal Plan & Exercise

Spring has sprung so I am stepping up my healthy eating as, quite frankly, I’ve been eating rubbish just lately. Time for a detox for the next couple of weeks at least, here is my meal plan for this week.

Breakfasts

Tuesday: Rachel’s Breakfast Organic Yoghurt & Granola

Wednesday: Almond Butter & Salted Caramel Moma Porridge

Thursday: Nomadic Oats Cluster & Natural Yoghurt

Friday: Almond Butter & Salted Caramel Moma Porridge

Saturday: Nomadic Oats Cluster & Natural Yoghurt

Sunday: Sourdough Toasted with Marmite

 

Lunches

Tuesday: Piri Piri Chicken Breast Fillets, Sweet Chilli Houmous & Babybel

Wednesday: Mexican Bean Soup

Thursday: Small Tin of Tuna, Red Onion, Green Pepper Salad

Friday: Spanish Chicken Soup

Saturday: Nakd Bar & Granny Smith Apple

Sunday: Chicken Breast Fillets, Sweet Chilli Houmous

 

Dinner

Tuesday: Thai Fishcakes & Broccoli

Wednesday: Prawn Stir Fry (no rice or noodles)

Thursday: Chicken Breast stuffed with chilli & Mozzarella, Baby Corn

Friday: Nakd Bar & Granny Smith Apple

Saturday: Chicken Fajitas

Sunday: Jacket (Sweet) Potato, Tuna & Salad

 

Exercise

Monday: Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

Wednesday: Treadmill & Cross Trainer

Friday: Spinning Class

I don’t snack anymore, I am trying to swap tea for green tea and drink lots of water.
