Meal Plan & Workout

It has been an age since I have published a meal plan and workout post so I thought I would share this week’s eats.

Monday

  • Breakfast: Moma Porridge
  • Lunch: Turkey Bacon Rashers & Cottage Cheese
  • Dinner: Thai Fish Cake with Broccoli & Baby Corn

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: Moma Porridge
  • Lunch: Apricot Nakd Bar & Granny Smith Apple
  • Dinner: Gnocchi Chilli Chicken (Lean in 15)

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: Moma Porridge
  • Lunch: Turkey Bacon Rashers & Cottage Cheese
  • Dinner: Chipotle Butter Chicken with Broccoli (Lean in 15)

Thursday

  • Breakfast: Moma Porridge
  • Lunch: Apricot Nakd Bar & Protein Yoghurt
  • Dinner: Chipolata Sausages, Carrots & Broccoli

Friday

  • Breakfast: Moma Porridge
  • Lunch: Apricot Nakd Bar & Protein Yoghurt
  • Dinner: Out with the girls which will involve wine and pudding

 

WORKOUTS

I don’t work out a great deal at the moment to be honest, ever since my sickness bug in October I’ve lost 10lbs. Not through dieting but not being able to eat much, I’m just not as hungry as before my bug. I try to work out at least twice a week but have had to start from the beginning again, I’m building it up slowly.

As we all know with Christmas just around the corner all eating habits are up in the air but I’m just going with it this year, if I want chocolate I’ll have it.
