It is officially the countdown until my holiday I have 6 weeks to stay healthy and prepare for unlimited meals, ice creams, red wine and cocktails. I’m certainly going to relax and make the most of being on an all inclusive holiday, I will be filling my face and giving the workouts a miss for nearly 2 weeks – yipppeeee!
In the meantime, here are my meals for the week and also the workouts I will be undertaking. As it is the Easter holidays I can fit more workouts in because we don’t have to rush out anywhere which is great as I like to work out first thing in the morning.

Tuesday: Jillian Michaels – Kettlebells
Wednesday: Kayla Itsines – Abs & Arms
Thursday: Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred Level 2
Friday: Kayla Itsines – Full Body Workout
Saturday: REST DAY
Sunday: Jillian Michaels – Kettlebells
