As well as finding gifts for my children I also have the task of shopping for family and friends with young children. This year’s Children’s Christmas Gift Guide is here to assist with finding the best presents for your loved ones, I’m so happy with the items featured below, I think they are brilliant gifts, not just for Christmas. My Mood Stars I think this gift idea is one of my favourites. My Mood Stars are 8 yellow plush stars each…

Summer Reading List
When I was younger I used to read books all the time. I would go up to my bedroom (which I shared with my sister) lay on bed and escape to a world of imagination. I would read anything from pony stories to “horror” who remembers Goosebumps books? I was obsessed with these books and would get so excited to finish a book and move onto another. Even when I didn’t have children I found time to read, I love getting stuck into a good book, you can totally escape real life and imagine what the characters look like and how they would react to situations. My Mummy is a Scientist – Book Review
“My mummy is a Scientist; curious, keen and smart. Her job is so exciting, I don’t know where to start.” My Mummy is a Scientist is a wonderful book for children age 3 – 7 years old. January Favourites – Children’s Edition
We are a few days into February but I wanted to share the children’s January Favourites. I have selected a mixture of products, toys, books and foods that both Amelie and Charlie have been loving during the month of January. Toiletries The children were given these foaming soaps for Christmas from my mum, they are by different companies though. The Crazy Soap is by a company called Kids Stuff and is amazing. To be honest when I saw these foam soaps I thought they would be watery rubbish that brought the children out in a rash, however I was so wrong. The foam is really thick, you can mold it…

Birthday Gift Ideas for a 5 Year Old Girl
Amelie is turning 5 in just under 2 weeks and with her birthday being so close to Christmas I struggle with gift ideas. She received a lot of toys for Christmas and was lucky enough to get everything she asked for on her list so I wanted to steer clear of more toys – easier said than done. I have put together some ideas for gifts a 5 year old may like, I will hopefully be able to pick a few things from this list for her. This dress is absolutely beautiful and is from Next as soon as I saw I wanted it for Amelie to wear to her birthday…
