What I Ate Today
What I ate today (Thursday) wasn’t really that exciting, I don’t know about you but when it is roasting outside my eating habits are all over the shop. One minute I’m not hungry and the next I’m ravenous, anyway here is today’s eats. Breakfast – 6.30am I had one of my favourite combos this morning, a nakd bar and a Granny Smith apple. I’ve started putting my apples in the fridge, they last so much longer and are super tasty. Lunch – 12pm You are going to look at this and think how disgusting I am. What I’ve Been Eating, Fitness/Diet Update – January 2018
It is the New Year and hopefully the Christmas bloat has vanished for you, I didn’t over eat too much during December but I certainly ate what I fancied. I have been using My Fitness Pal for about 3 months now so generally track all of my meals and snacks each day. I find it really works for me and I like to look back to see what I’ve eaten, I’m very good 6 days a week and have a “cheat” day at the weekend. I’ve Lost It… But, I’m Working On It
Life has been a little crappy for the last 4 weeks for many personal reasons and I’ve also been under the weather. I haven’t felt like working out or eating clean, I have probably only worked out about 6 times in the last month as I have just lost interest in it. I was working out consistently for 8 months never missing a week, but due to not feeling well and life taking over I’ve lost it and can’t be bothered. Shifting The Holiday Weight & What I Ate
First off I want to start by saying I’m not an expert and don’t pretend to be, I’m sharing my experience and what has worked for me. So I went to Majorca in May, it was an all inclusive holiday. Feeling A Tad Lost
As the title suggests, I’m feeling a bit lost at the moment with regards to my diet and exercise plan. Truth is I don’t really have a plan and I don’t like not knowing what I’m doing. I go through phases of being really focussed where I will plan my meals, have no junk food or treats in the house, I will up my water intake and work out about 4 times a week.
