    Foods We Have Been Loving During January

    I’m not going to lie, I think about food all the time – what’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I like finding new healthy(ish) snacks and lunches for the family, I’m really getting into buying “free from” foods as I feel they are kinder on my tummy. I rarely get bloated after eating them and they taste so good.     Since being ill a few weeks ago and totally losing my appetite for what felt like forever, I’m slowly starting to eat proper meals again. Here is what I on Tuesday. Not every day is this carby, some days all I can manage is fruit and my dinner but I was hungry on this day as I had worked out.
