What I’ve Been Eating, Fitness/Diet Update – January 2018
It is the New Year and hopefully the Christmas bloat has vanished for you, I didn’t over eat too much during December but I certainly ate what I fancied. I have been using My Fitness Pal for about 3 months now so generally track all of my meals and snacks each day. I find it really works for me and I like to look back to see what I’ve eaten, I’m very good 6 days a week and have a “cheat” day at the weekend. Shifting The Holiday Weight & What I Ate
First off I want to start by saying I’m not an expert and don’t pretend to be, I’m sharing my experience and what has worked for me. So I went to Majorca in May, it was an all inclusive holiday. Everyone puts on holiday weight and I certainly wasn’t restricting my diet whilst away, after all it was a holiday and I wanted to enjoy myself – and I did.
