    Way back in the day of clubbing, binge eating crap and doing minimal exercise health and fitness was not on my radar. Over the years my mindset has evolved and I am now in a really good place with consistently working out and eating the right foods for my body. So how did I start working out at home?     Post Holiday Meals & Workouts

    Being on an all inclusive holiday my eating habits were so messed up, I had a cooked breakfast (sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs & toast) every morning, no snacks, lunch was a weird combination of cooked foods and salad along with a sweet treat and dinner was a mish mash followed by another sweet temptation. On top of the food I consumed lots of fizzy drinks and wine – not much but certainly more than what I normally drink.     Meal Plan & Workouts

      I’m back with another meal plan and workout schedule, I’ve been so good for the last 2¬†weeks keeping up with working out and eating that little bit healthier. I’m off on my hols in just 2 months – sounds a long time but it will fly by – so need to start prepping for that. I’m enjoying a treat free week and then eating (within reason) what I want at the weekend, for me this is working and I’m already noticing a difference.       This week’s eats and exercise is here, I have strayed from the Lean in 15 books as of late and feel completely lost without them so, I’m using them this week. I thought I would share what I’m having for breakfast and lunch also this week. I’m trying to drink a litre of water a day, this doesn’t sound a lot but for me it is as I’m so rubbish at drinking water. Exercise wise, I bought a new kettlebell and have been loving it.
