I’m so ready for normality to resume and what better way to kick-start October than with a meal plan. I can’t cope without one, I’ve planned my meals consistently for years now and feel so off track without something to go by. Meal Plan In Pictures
I thought I would take a different approach to my meal plan for this week. I love reading other people’s meal plan ideas but would like to see what their food looks like. So, I have put my meal plan for last week into pictures for you. Monday Today I had sausages, jacket potato and broccoli as we had nothing left in the cupboards. Eats and Exercise
This week’s eats and exercise is here, I have strayed from the Lean in 15 books as of late and feel completely lost without them so, I’m using them this week. I thought I would share what I’m having for breakfast and lunch also this week. I’m trying to drink a litre of water a day, this doesn’t sound a lot but for me it is as I’m so rubbish at drinking water. Exercise wise, I bought a new kettlebell and have been loving it.
