What I Ate Today #coeliac #glutenfree
I love producing what I ate today posts. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone back to these posts for meal ideas and just to see what I was scoffing. As I mentioned in previous posts, this is not real time, this post was from June when I was taking a break from blogging. Here is what I ate on Monday 15th June 2020. Breakfast – 7.00am Nothing unusual here – a bowl of scrumptious gluten free porridge, mixed up with my favourite probiotic Biomel. I recently tried a new peanut butter and absolutely love it. The Meridian Smooth Peanut Butter is delicious, it is a little…

What I Ate Today: Gluten Free, Coeliac Lifestyle
Good morning!! I hope you are all having a good week so far despite the current situation surrounding us at the minute. These lighter mornings are perking me up, I just wish we had a little more of that gorgeous sunshine. I don’t like wishing time/life away but I really am ready for Spring/Summer now, yes I love Autumn but I’m not a fan of life after Christmas. The magic and cosy-ness disappears and it is just wet/windy and grim. I cannot wait to get cracking on sorting the gardens out. I have a Spring To-Do List and top of the list is painting the outside wall, weeding, sorting and…

What I Ate Today
I made it through the day without anymore illness – yay! Here’s what I ate today… Breakfast Yoghurt with a fruit layer, I love these. They are so delicious and not chalky like some thick breakfast yoghurt, plus this keeps me full for hours. Lunch For lunch I made a quick salad of spicy turkey (thin) steak, peppers, boiled egg and a dollop of extra light mayo. Snack I don’t know what it is but, whenever I have a sickness bug I’m ravenous the next day (when I’m feeling better). I was craving some choccie biscuits and a good old cuppa tea. Dinner I made turkey mince bolognese for dinner…

What I Ate Today
I hope you all had a great weekend, mine was very busy and I ate far too much. But, that’s what weekends are about aren’t they – good coffee, pastries, takeaways and red wine. Here’s what I ate yesterday, I wasn’t really hungry I was rushing about lots due to Charlie starting school, packing the house up for our move and just generally trying to juggle life. I did manage to get a really good kettlebell class in when the children went to bed. Breakfast – 7.30am I have been loving the Arla SKYR yogurts for breakfast, they fill me up and don’t feel too heavy. I usually have this first…

What I Ate Today
I’m back with another ‘What I ate today’ post. I love seeing what people eat, one, because I’m nosy and two, because it gives me meal inspiration. Breakfast – 7.00am No surprises here, my favourite breakfast of all time – Nomadic Yogurt & Oat Clusters. Charlie loves these so I have to sneak my breakfast as he will be straight in there even if he’s had his porridge. Lunch – 12.00pm I was starving today, I’ve been to the gym this week and it makes me ravenous. I crave all the carbs it is so hard to resist so I try and stick with healthy carbs and protein. Today I…
