Safety Abroad – Kid-ID Wristbands

As we all know I’m an over anxious, worry wart of a mother however I am not alone in this and that brings me some comfort that I’m not a crazy person.

I’ve talked about safety when out and about with children in terms of ID wristbands before and as we are going away soon I thought I would order some new ones. I wanted to try out waterproof bands that the children could wear all day whilst we are at the hotel, at the beach, waterpark etc.

A company called Kid-ID followed me on Twitter, I had a look at their page and also their website and was really impressed with their wristbands. The price was amazing value, just £2 per wristband – what a bargain. You can have any name, number or allergy information imprinted on the band and they come in array of colours and sizes specific for your needs.

Kid-ID kindly sent me two small wristbands for Amelie and Charlie. I asked for their full names and an emergency contact number to be put on the band. I was so pleased the bands are silicone, making them ideal for wearing on holiday, there is no fastening so the bands are secure around the wrist and they are a perfect fit which is great as I didn’t want them slipping off the children’s wrists.

These wristbands are great not just for holidays abroad but for days out, school trips, fun at the beach, UK breaks and also if you have an allergy and need this information to hand should you become unwell. I have recommended them to all my mummy friends as they think they are a fab idea too.

Disclaimer: I was kindly gifted the ID wristbands, all words and opinions are my own.
